Ordinance 18-200 An Ordinance amending Monroe Land Use Development Code Clarifying and Defining Accessory Use Units within the City of Monroe
On July 23rd at 6PM the Monroe City Council during a regular city council meeting will conduct a public hearing to accept public input and consideration for DRAFT Ordinance 18-200 defining the land use code as it relates to the rules and regulations of accessory buildings and accessory dwelling units within the jurisdiction of the City of Monroe.
Written testimony may be provided prior to the dates of each of these public hearings. Commission and Council deliberations make include changes to the draft document prior to adoption. Additional information and inquires may be made to the City Planner, Rick Hohnbaum at Monroe City Hall.
