Monroe’s 2020 Festival
Important Announcement from the Monroe Festival Committee
Hello All,
After reviewing the current guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, State of Oregon, and Benton County, we have decided to postpone the Monroe Festival until later this year.
When a decision is made, on the new festival date, we will notify everyone, on our Facebook page. All vendor and sponsorship fees will be moved to the new date. Once we announce the new festival date, if vendors are unable to accommodate the new date, we will refund their vendor fees. If there is a need to cancel the new festival date, all vendor fees will be refunded.
The forefront of our decision is the health and well-being of our festival artists, vendors, food trucks, wineries/distilleries, volunteers, and attendees.
We understand our vendors are small business owners whose sole way of selling is through markets and events is taking a big hit right now. We want to help. We are sharing via our Facebook page each festival artist, vendor, food truck, or winery/distillery and alternate ways that our attendees can purchase their items via a website, Etsy, etc. We will continue to post this information on Facebook.
If anyone has questions, email: festivalsandevents∂ci.monroe.or.us
Sincerely,
The Monroe Festival Committee

We are excited to announce the Monroe Festival on Saturday, April 25, 2020! This is our second event for visitors seeking to see, taste, and experience the bounty of the Southern Willamette Valley. Visitors from Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Junction City, and all surrounding areas come together for an afternoon of sipping wines and brews, enjoying delicious food, perusing vintage goods and art, listening to live music, and riding our historic trolley – celebrating Monroe’s heritage, environment, and culture.
The festival will feature local favorite wineries from in and around Monroe and the Southern Willamette Valley, food, fun, art, and live music!
General admission to the Monroe Festival is free. Wristbands will be provided for wine tastings in the Big Event Tent with proper photo ID. Note, food is sold separately, and you must be 21 or older to participate in wine tastings (sorry no babies or infants).
The 2020 Monroe Festival will be the second annual event in Monroe.
